Thank you Sit Happens! Our two female English Bulldogs, Luna and Nikki, started to become aggressive towards one another. We could not go in the back yard or hang out in our home without bloody fights. We were at the point of having to rehome one of them and making a choice was unbearable. Frank was a true professional. He was honest and direct with us. We learned that if the dogs had a chance, we'd have to put the time and effort into the training. We did just that. We embraced every bit of guidance, mentoring, and dog knowledge that Frank offered. He took a very difficult situation and I can now say that we have a civil pack. Frank's passion for the dogs is unmatched, and his ability to motivate and empower the dog owner's was immense. We started out scared, upset, and feeling helpless. We now are confident pack leaders with healthy and happy relationships with each of our dogs. Thank you Frank and Sit Happens. You were a game changer and now we can also call you our friend. Frank saved me and my dog, Kona. I called him not knowing if I could keep my 7 month old puppy because she was so hard to manage. Frank came in and helped teach both of us how to work together. Walking and recall were our biggest goals to achieve by the end the training. With Franks teaching and my investment in being consistent with Kona I have a very different dog now. Frank is a great trainer and will make a difference in you and your dogs lives. He also works really well and is an advocate for Bully, Pittie and any mixed breeds dogs too. He is all around Amazing!

We reached out to Frank at Sit Happens to assist us with our 5 ½ yr. lab rescue, Bubba. Bubba was easily and over stimulated by EVERYTHING. Going on a simple walk was like having a bumble bee on the end of the lead (a very strong bumble bee!). We humans did not know how to communicate with Bubba. We signed up for a 5 week class with Sit Happens. We highly recommend working with Frank at Sit Happens. His passion for dogs and upbeat/positive nature made our lessons engaging and enjoyable. He has a tremendous depth of knowledge and extensive experience in a wide range of training techniques and behavioral situations. Homework for the pet parents is a must, but don’t let that scare you. The more you invest into your own training, the more it will benefit you and your pet a hundred fold. Frank seamlessly taught not only Bubba but us as well. The skills that we learned and continue to apply are invaluable. It was such a pleasure to work with him. Frank you are a dog/person trainer ‘Rock Star’! Thank you for your guidance and sharing your gift.

Charley was the most precious Goldendoodle puppy you could ask for. Little did we know that he would soon become like a two year old toddler. Being seniors and never owning a puppy was a very new experience. At our first meeting with Frank he found me on the verge of tears and ready to give him away. Franks “TRAINING US”, has led my husband and I to enjoying the fun filled puppy we now have. Charley is still very much a puppy but an adorable well behaved member of our family. Some things still need to be worked on but Frank has taught us to be consistent as well as be the alpha in our family. Two thumbs up for Frank.

Let me say first that I have the sweetest, laziest, and most stubborn pitty of all time. While, she is adorable she is a combination of attributes that make her hard to train. This is coupled with the fact that I am the biggest push over dog mom and I am also hard to train, ha! Needless to say, my dog runs my life. We needed to make some changes, we needed to be able to go on walks again, and most importantly we need to establish boundaries. I had called several trainers in the area that simply didn’t train pit-bulls, even if I swore she was a great dog. Not Frank, he was ready to train regardless of the breed. Allie, my dog, and I got lucky as pitts are one of Franks favorite breeds. This was a breath of fresh air, but it got better once I saw him in action with Allie. He is able to command her attention all while getting her tail wagging. This was a long way to say that, Sit Happens is amazing. They have helped me build a better relationship with my dog.

Frank and his assistant Aundria are amazing! Talking to her on the phone was so easy! She knows exactly what she’s taking about and was really reassuring that I could get the help I needed for my Bella. Once Frank showed up, Bella usually isn’t too friendly but it’s like he’s the dog whisperer. He approached her and it’s like she knew he was okay. He was able to explain everything he would be doing with us and her to make sure we could properly get her trained. We are half way there and already see the Progress with her. Thank you both so much!

Great experience with Sit Happens. My dog struggled listening to instruction from me and playing with other dogs. I hated having people visit my house because I was embarrassed how he’d act. He’s now my best friend and couldn’t be happier with Frank’s training. Best trainer ever!

When I first contacted Sit Happens I was almost 100% sure my dog was beyond any help. After a few sessions with Frank I was proven extremely wrong. Between his professionalism and his clear passion to train, my dog was more than ready to learn. I never thought I’d see the day I could command my dog and he’d listen the first time.
